This is in reference to the notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 13th October, 2017, regarding nomination of a Nodal officer by every Company remitting of amount to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority; for dealing with the claim/refund forms and to co-ordinate with IEPF authority as per the provisions of Section 125(3) of the Companies Act, 2013.
